WHAT kind of bad services you ppl provide for us?! SO INEFFICIENT!!

Submitted my scholarship application form and I checked everything contained in the website! There's no application form. And so, I sent it that way. The next day, they called me and said that I had not submit my application form, and they will email the form for me.. What kind of service. urghh~ forget about it. until now, 5days passed. There's no news about my scholarship even I called them and ask. So shitty.. Nvm.. I forgive this.

Few days ago, asked my mom to check for my elaun. Giro-i -> change pin -> check balance. RM0,00. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?! and today, i went to bank to update my acc book. I had waited for 40MINS!! =.= [ current number is 3032 and mine is 3033] I've to wait for so long?! dammit it, really sucks..
Me: I would like to update my account book... ( waiting .... )
Clerk : Minta maaf, akaun anda masih RM0,00.
Me: What?!??
Clerk : Kamu kumpulan 2 kah? Sekarang sudah tamat latihan?
Me: ya, i ended my national service 1 month ago. How come still RM0,00?
Clerk : Tunggu sekejap.. ( waiting waiting and waiting ... ). Minta maaf a, nama anda tercicir dalam senarai elaun plkn kump2. Sekarang kamu perlu pergi ke 1st floor untuk jumpa puan salvia pd pukul 2.30pm
Me: WHAT?!! =.=''
2.30pm....
Me : My name is left out from the elaun list.
Clerk : erms, yang ini saya tak pasti.
( Then she called to her boss and ask ) Kamu skrg perlu balik ke kem kamu dan jumpa dengan Puan NORA. Ini bukan salah bank tapi salah kem.
Me : okay, fine.
WENT back to camp..
Me: hello, saya mahu jumpa dgn puan nora, mahu tanya ttg elaun.
